Kalamunda Water Park is located in Kalamunda. Our facility consists of 50-metre Olympic sized swimming pool, wading pool, toddlers pool, two water slides and snack shack.
If your child loves the water, our centre offers a great venue for a swimming birthday party, with plenty of space to play and celebrate.
We are the perfect place for our community to make new friends while working on your health and fitness.

1925 – Swimming Pool for Kalamunda proposed
1964 – Kalamunda Water Park opened in March 1964 and was managed by the shire between 1964-1981
1981 – The waterpark underwent significant upgrades, including the installation of two enclosed slides, an expanion if kiosk and toilet facilities, and reopened its gates just in time for the 1981/82 season
2014 – Kalamunda Water Park celebrates 50 years
2022 – The slides were closed for maintenance during the 2022/23 season and reopened for the 2023/24 season
2024 – Kalamunda Water Park celebreates 60 years of summer fun
2010 – The park closed in 2010 for nearly two years for $3 million in upgrades, including electrical, filtration, and pool repairs, as well as improvements to change rooms, offices, and the toddler pool. It reopened on 23rd of December 2011 under YMCA management.
